The Second Anglo-Sikh War

The Second Anglo-Sikh War was the last and the bloodiest campaign fought by the East India Company. It began with a rebellion by the Sikh Governor of Multan and culminated with a British victory at the Battle of Gujrat which sounded the death knell of the Sikh Empire.
